The Customer is Always Right Especially the New Customers!
This should be the mantra of cell phone carriers everywhere. They have little use for those of us who have been “loyal” customers. All the perks go to the new guy. Want to test this out try your hand at upgrading to the iPhone 4s with your current carrier in the middle of a “contract”. You will be asked to pay full fare $650 for the 16GB model. This is not isolated to the Apple products it is across the board. Though this is not new and for sure it is the norm of the industry, Why?
So why some genius of a carrier not have promotions for existing customers?
